2017 has so many fun things in store for our little family! The big news is that we are MOVING!!! In April we will be moving to the Boise, ID area. Kevin has taken a promotion with his company, Snake River Supply, and we feel that this will be a great opportunity for growth both for Kevin and our family. We are very excited for this adventure. It will be difficult to leave our family, friends and co-workers, but we are trusting in the Lord and His plan.
I was fortunate to find an opening with my same company in Nampa and am very excited to move down to a part time position at my new location, allowing more time to be home with Madelyn. I have been pleading with the Lord since having Madelyn almost a year and a half ago that I would be able to work less and finally the time has come; I am so excited!!
There are many decisions to still be made and even more things to be done, but time and faith will help us to make those decisions. We have no idea where we are going to live yet, something kind of important right?? Our plan has been to purchase a home, but they seriously fly off the market after one or two days of being listed, making it near impossible for us find one and then try to buy it before someone else does. It's a bit stressful yes, but we are waiting for that feeling of "this is where we're supposed to live" and through our faith, we know that we will find the right place to call home. (hopefully soon)
I believe that this photo accurately depicts my current feelings about packing. I have piles of boxes and not a single thing in them yet.
At church today I was changing Madelyn and she was just being so cute, so I pulled out my phone and captured this funny photo (I have no idea what she is doing with her face lol). She is always making us laugh and brings so much happiness into our home. We just love her and her sassy, curious personality.
